Are you concerned your loved one is not taking their medication?

Senior's Choice Care Management can oversee that your loved one is taing their medications. We provide the mediset boxes and a Registered Nurse fills the box on a weekly basis with the prescribed medications. You could rely on the nurse to call the pharmacy and refill the prescriptions. If the prescription runs out of refills, the nurse consults with the treating physician and renews  the prescriptions. A nurse assessment is completed and the family informed of any concerns. A mini mental examination is completed at the request of the family or at the discretion of the nurse.
